What you will be working on

Market research & eCommerce benchmarking
Market analysis and benchmarking against niche and industry competitors. Insights gathering on design, functionalities, experience, etc.
UX & CRO research
Complex qualitative and quantitative data analysis to identify customer personas, uncover weaknesses and areas for improvement in customer journeys
Wireframes Development
Conversion-optimised wireframes prototyping based on the results of the UX & CRO audit. Definition of layout, content, and functionality
Gap analysis & user tests
User tests to validate UX & CRO hypothesis efficiency and eliminate risks. Insights gathering. Introduction of updates
Iteration & validation
Final designs, with the pattern library (user interface design elements), project visual structure, and source files optimised for mobile and desktop
