Yes, you can be rejected at any level in the recruitment process. If you have completed the test assignment or at the end of the recruitment process we select only the best of the best.

It may seem unfair to you, but we understand. In the meantime, we encourage you to apply again after three to six months when you may be more suitable for the position. Develop your skills, be open to new experiences and be open-minded - maybe on the second try, you will receive a job offer in scandiweb!

Yes! We are open to all candidates who are interested in programming and the IT field. Even though you have no work experience, we believe some talents have learned to program in universities but never pursued an IT career, self-taught by learning via Youtube, or just have experience in similar projects.

To become one of our colleagues, first, you must pass the test assignment. It is a mandatory step in our recruitment process to evaluate your suitability for the developer position. After you have successfully passed the test assignment, we will continue with a technical interview. If all is good, we welcome you to our team!

These are rare occasions when we recruit candidates from countries we do not target daily. In this case, if the application matches our requirements, we offer a contractor option.

We have legal entities in Georgia, Moldova, and Latvia. In these countries, they are under the company's legalities.

For some talents, it may take a few days, and for some - months. Once our recruiters have sent you the test assignment to continue with your recruitment process for the developer position, you have all the freedom to complete the test assignment whenever you want. We do not require a specific deadline. Though, we like to check up on the candidates every two months just to check how they are doing!

However, for project management and quality assurance test, we give mone-months time to complete the test assignment.

As we are an international company, we receive a high number of applicants. In the recruitment process, we select the best match for us. If you completed your test assignment and received no feedback, there is a chance that we discontinued your recruitment process, and in the following days, our recruiter will contact you about the matter.

If you don't pass the test assignment, we will inform you that we are closing the recruitment process for your application. We encourage you to apply again after some time when you may be more suitable for the position.
