Project goals

The project involved merging two subdomains into a unified user experience while promoting the brand’s mission. The challenge was both technical and conceptual: Airthings wanted to shift their online presence from a product-centric to a customer-centric focus, highlighting how their products solve real-world air quality issues. 

Our main goal was to establish a clear, intuitive, and visually appealing interface that educates customers on air quality while enhancing product discovery and offers a personalized and informative shopping experience.

Approach

To merge two subdomains into a seamless user experience, we employed a modern redesign using Hyvä and an innovative Magento-HubSpot integration, combining Magento’s eCommerce functionalities with HubSpot’s content management and customer journey capabilities. The approach focused on building an intuitive platform that resonates with users, making the brand more accessible and engaging.

The design’s imaginative emphasis on educational content and smart-home integration features guides users through a seamless upsell journey and connects with their desire for a healthier lifestyle.

Airthings sets a new standard in the industry by combining comprehensive air quality monitoring with smart home integration, all presented through a clean, detail-oriented, user-centric design for faster navigation and a unified brand experience.
