Interview with Iryna, delivery manager
“There are plenty of challenges at scandiweb. If you are up for them, you grow by overcoming them.”
As a senior manager, Iryna has demonstrated great professional values and proven her knowledge and competency in project management. Her motivation for her consistent performance is the growth that comes with every challenge she conquers. “There are plenty of challenges at scandiweb. If you are up for them, you grow by overcoming them,” she notes. Iryna has chosen to be a fighter that never gives up.
Our Delivery Manager Iryna is always prepared for the workday as usual, but she is also fond of having a blast at scandiweb’s biggest festival—scandifest.
Even though Iryna has reached the highest position that a project manager could have at scandiweb, she sees value in continuous self-improvement. She also appreciates the professional growth opportunities available at scandiweb, along with the variety of work an individual can do, the possibility for anyone to suggest improvements and offer new ideas, the experience of working with different people from all over the world, and the “non-stop fun and great events.”
Iryna and her colleagues from other departments attended Magento Baltics, a conference organized by scandiweb.
“scandiweb is a good starting point for people with little experience but also a great place to build a career because of the many development opportunities it offers.”
When asked why she would recommend working at scandiweb, Iryna explained how the company is a good starting point for people with little experience and a great place to build a career because of its many development opportunities. “You can hardly get bored here,” Iryna remarks.
