With five years in HR across eCommerce, IT, and digital marketing, she runs the full recruitment cycle from junior to executive hires, pairing a genuinely human-centric approach with hard KPIs and a thoughtful use of AI that speeds up the work without losing the human in it. She’s convinced that real connection is the heart of finding great talent, and she holds her team to the same high bar she sets for herself.
