The big day is here!

To set you off on the best start, you will go through our internal academy intro course which will equip you with the essential knowledge about scandiweb, the platforms we use, and the daily routines we follow. You will also have an intro meeting with your onboarding specialist/mentor!

Build your expertise step by step

Once you’ve covered the essentials, you will move on to role-specific training. You’ll learn the tools, processes, and best practices specific to your position, guided by your mentor and team. The goal is simple - help you gain confidence and start contributing as smoothly as possible.

Support along the way

We stay connected through regular check-ins to make sure everything is clear and moving forward. You’ll have space to ask questions, share your thoughts, and get guidance. We believe open communication is key to your growth and success.

Your first project is where everything comes together. You’ll start contributing to real work, learning through experience, and building confidence step by step, with your team supporting you throughout the process.
