What to expect from onboarding?

Pre-onboarding
When the job offer is accepted, your dedicated onboarding specialist gets in touch with you to begin the preparation process by setting a start date, gathering the necessary information, and informing you about the plan and schedule for your first day.
Onboarding Day
Your first day is all about getting to know the company better and following our internal academy courses to set up the necessary systems for your daily work. A 1:1 meeting with your HR is planned to address any questions that you have.
Education and Settling In
The first week is aimed at settling into the working environment and starting the education period – learning the development tools, standards, routines that we follow, and much more.
Follow-ups and Feedback
During your first month, you are in daily communication with your HR as well as have weekly checkups to assess learning progress and discuss further steps (first tasks, projects, and much more).
Future Outlook
When your probation period is completed, we discuss your future career goals and you continue to expand your knowledge by working on different types of projects, processes, and workflows!
