For me, ScandiFest is a great opportunity to meet colleagues in person in a relaxed atmosphere. Since QAs usually work as 1–2 people per project, there is limited day-to-day communication between QA colleagues. ScandiFest creates space to connect, communicate, and share experiences, which helps strengthen team spirit across projects. Getting to know people in person makes future collaboration easier and more effective, which positively impacts how we work together on projects afterward.
